Tuz, karabiber, fesleğen
Hazırlanışı:
Margarini derin bir kaseye alıp küçük küpler halinde doğrayın.
Hamur malzemelerini ilave edip, tart hamurunu hazırlayın.
30 dakika buzdulabında dinlendirin.
Soğanları piyazlık doğrayın.
3 Çorba kaşığı sıvıyağı tavada kızdırıp, soğanları sote edin.
Dolmalık fıstığı ekleyip, pembeleştirin.
Kıyılmış mantar, kuş üzümü, tuz, karabiber ve fesleğeni ilave edip, karıştırarak kavurun.
Hazırladığınız hamuru yağlanmış tart kalıbının dibine ve kenarlarına yayın.
Üzerini yer yer çatalla delin.
Önceden ısıtılmış 170 dereceli fırında 15 dakika pişirin.
Tartı fırından çıkarıp, üzerine hazırladığınız iç malzemeyi ilave edip.
